Parking Preference Deadline

June 13, 2012

2012 Football Map

Now that you have made your 2012 Longhorn Foundation donation and sent in your season ticket application, it is time to provide preferences for your 2012 football season parking permit! Eligible donors* must submit their preferences by Friday, July 6 to have their requests taken into consideration during the allocation of permits.

Parking Preferences can be submitted online through DonorNet. Submitting your preferences online is easy and you will receive a detailed e-mail confirmation of your selections.

You may also return your form in the postage-paid envelope being mailed to eligible donors (must be postmarked by July 6), or fax it by July 6 to The Longhorn Foundation at (512) 471-7706. If you mail or fax your form, you will not receive an e-mail confirmation. Simply rank your top five parking preferences, with the number 1 indicating your most preferred parking lot or garage. You may also specify whether you wish to park in a surface lot or garage. If none of your top five choices are available when your parking is allotted, this preference (surface or garage) will be taken into consideration. Eligible donors should expect to receive an e-mail regarding 2012 football parking request forms Thursday, June 14 and paper request forms are being mailed at this same time.

Please note the Default Parking Chart located on your form. If you do not provide feedback, your parking will be allocated according to this chart and your annual donation level. If you do not wish to receive football parking for the 2012 season, please indicate this online or return your request form to us in the postage-paid envelope.

Please choose only one method to submit your parking preferences to The Longhorn Foundation by Friday, July 6 to ensure full priority. You may not submit your parking preferences over the phone. Keep in mind that selecting your parking preferences does not guarantee that you will receive one of your choices. All parking permits will be mailed in August, with a signature required, to the same address as you selected for you football season tickets. Season tickets and parking will arrive in separate packages. For those who choose to pick up season tickets at Bellmont Hall Will Call, your parking permit will also be in will call.

Due to donor demand, annual donation levels and parking availability, it will not be possible to predict the donation level necessary in 2012 to receive a parking permit for a specific lot/garage.

*Eligible donors are patrons with football season tickets who donate $600 or more annually and have made their donation for the 2012 season. Donors who donated less than $600 this year will most likely receive a purple checkered football parking permit for state garages A, B, G and Q. These game day garages, unlike other parking areas, are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
