Sept. 24, 2012 • NCAA rules working group proposed legislation Following the 2011 NCAA Presidential Retreat, working groups were created to affect needed change in the areas of student-athlete well-being, academics, NCAA bylaws, the enforcement and penalty process, and fiscal sustainability in Division I. Amy Folan, Executive Senior Associate Athletics Director at UT, was one of the members on the working group roster that included Presidents, Athletics Directors and other administrators across the country, and the below linked PDF summarizes first set of proposed legislation from these working groups.
