2011-12 UT VARSITY REWARDS PROGRAM
Get hook'ed up with the Varsity Rewards Program! This program is designed for the most passionate Longhorns fans - UT students! We want to recognize the true Student Orange Bloods (SOBs) by offering rewards to students who attend designated 2011-12 UT Athletics home games. The rewards improve as members earn more points. So prove your dedication and reap the benefits of the Varsity Rewards Program.

NEW PROCESS FOR MEMBERSHIP
To become a Varsity Rewards Program member, UT students must:

• Register online. (Registration will begin in early September.)
• Scan a valid UT student ID at a designated Varsity Rewards Program event.*

*Membership in the program will be limited to the first 2,000 UT students who scan their UT student ID at a designated Varsity Rewards event. Please see complete rules and regulations below.

In keeping with the ideals of the "Texas Fans Make Us Proud" initiative, we especially ask for your passion and respect throughout your participation in the UT Varsity Rewards Program – that you earn your points honestly – and make every effort to comply with the Rules and Regulations of the UT Varsity Rewards Program.

RULES AND REGULATIONS
Program Policies

• All current, enrolled UT students are eligible to join the UT Varsity Rewards Program.
• UT students interested in participating in the UT Varsity Rewards Program can register online on the Varsity Rewards page on TexasSports.com. Membership is limited to the first 2,000 UT students who successfully register online AND scan their UT student ID at a designated Varsity Rewards event. Registration will only be available online.
• All UT students start the 2011-12 UT Athletics season with zero points. Point totals do not carry over from the 2010-11 athletics season. Members begin earning points once they have successfully registered online AND scan their UT student ID at a designated Varsity Rewards event.
• Members must present their UT student ID in order to receive credit. Members who forget their UT student ID will not receive their point(s) for that event.
• Varsity Reward members are expected to uphold the Varsity Rewards Program honor statement and attend the entire event. Any member caught in violation of this policy by UT Athletics staff will have their point(s) deducted for that event.
• Upon successfully reaching a reward level, members may redeem points for rewards on designated Rewards Pick Up Days (dates and locations to be determined at a later date). Certain rewards may be available for immediate pickup when that reward level is reached.
• Rewards members who lose their UT student ID will need to replace it to continue to earn points. Visit the University of Texas Photo Identification Care Replacement page for information.
• UT students are required to sign in at the time they get their UT student ID scanned.
• All season-long drawings are held at the conclusion of the 2011-12 athletics seasons.
• Varsity Rewards Program members are permitted to win only one season-long prize drawing excluding the grand prizes.
• Grand prizes are awarded to the top three members who earn the most points. If more than three members have the same point total, their names will be drawn at random as a tiebreaker to determine the three grand prize winners.
• Varsity Rewards Program policies subject to change at the discretion of UT Athletics.
• Other sports may be added at the discretion of UT Athletics.

Earning Points

• Members must have their UT student ID scanned at the Varsity Rewards Program table at the Frank Erwin Center, Gregory Gym, or Mike A. Myers Stadium. At Texas Volleyball matches, members may scan in beginning one hour prior to match time until the end of intermission. At Texas Basketball and Texas Soccer games, members may scan in beginning one hour prior to game time until the end of halftime. UT student IDs will NOT be scanned after the end of halftime (Basketball and Soccer) or intermission (Volleyball).
• Members earn one point for each designated Varsity Rewards home event (Volleyball, Soccer, and Men's and Women's Basketball) members attend and have their UT student ID scanned.
• Premium points are given for select events at the discretion of UT Athletics. Stay up-to-date on premium point events by periodically checking the UT Varsity Rewards Program page on TexasSports.com or by signing up for UT student text alerts by texting UTSTUDENT to 51234**.
• If members feel there is an error in their points, they have 48 hours after the conclusion of the game to contact the UT Athletics marketing office at (512) 471-5978.

• Check the Varsity Rewards Program page on TexasSports.com for your point totals and the latest information on the Varsity Rewards Program.
• Members can view their points on the Varsity Rewards Leader Board on the Varsity Rewards Program page on TexasSports.com. The Varsity Rewards Leader Board is updated within 48 hours following the conclusion of every designated Varsity Rewards home game.
