ADA accommodations (see also Customer Relations Program)
- Animals: Certified service animals or service animals in training for guests with disabilities are welcome at Darrell K Royal-Texas Memorial Stadium. All service animals must remain on a leash or in a harness at all times. No other animals are allowed in the stadium.
- Closed captioning is available on the Freddie Steinmark Scoreboard.
- Parking: ADA parking is available at $15 per vehicle on a first-come, first-served basis. A person with an ADA state placard or license plate MUST be in the vehicle.

- Seating: Patrons must have a reserved ticket designated for disabled seating areas. For disabled seating tickets, contact the UT Athletics Ticket Office at 512-471-3333. Elevators to access west side disabled seating are located in Bellmont Hall lobby through Gates 1 and 7; to access Red McCombs Red Zone elevators, enter Gate 14; to access east side elevators, enter Gate 27 of Reese M. Rowling Hall. Patrons inside the stadium use the single story elevator inside Gate 7 to access the east side, west side and Red McCombs Red Zone.
- Patrons with special needs or medical conditions that require easy access can enter at any gate. Patrons with medical conditions that require food are permitted to enter the stadium with small snacks and juice boxes. Bag searches and proper identification are required under these circumstances. Supervisors at the gates can answer any questions.
Alcohol
Alcoholic beverages are prohibited on the stadium block and inside Darrell K Royal-Texas Memorial Stadium.
Animals
No pets or animals of any kind are permitted in the stadium, with the exception of service animals used by guests with disabilities.

Autographs
Autographs are not available on gamedays. For autographed item requests, please refer to the UT Athletics autograph policy.
Baby changing stations
Baby changing stations are available in all public restrooms at Darrell K Royal-Texas Memorial Stadium.

All bags will be inspected. Bags must be no larger than 9x9x15 inches.
Banners (see also Prohibited Items)
Banners are not allowed in the stadium.
Binoculars
Binoculars and their cases are permitted in the stadium, subject to inspection at all entrances.

- Longhorn Network offers live coverage of home events. Contact your cable or satellite provider regarding Longhorn Network. Authenticated subscribers to LHN may view coverage on LonghornNetwork.com.
- Radio: Listen to Texas Football live on KVET 98.1 FM and KVET 1300 AM The Zone. Outside of Austin, games may be heard on these Longhorn Sports Network radio stations. Coverage begins one hour before kickoff and continues for one hour after the final gun. Visit the Longhorn Network affiliates listings for the weekly radio broadcast schedule of Longhorn Sportsline with Mack Brown.
- Internet Audio: Listen to select Texas Football games online via TexasSports.com (audio subscription required).
- Satellite Radio: Listen to Texas Football and Longhorn Sportsline on XM Radio Ch. 202 and Sirius "Best of XM".
- Due to Big 12 Conference television contracts, video of Texas sporting events broadcast exclusively by Big 12 television partners (ABC, ESPN, FOX platforms) cannot be streamed on the Internet at the same time. There are additional telecast window exclusivity provisions in these contracts that may prevent Texas sporting events from telecast at the same time as another event.
Buses
No charter buses are permitted on campus on gameday. Only team buses are allowed on campus on gameday. Buses may park on Red River between Clyde Littlefield and Robert Dedman drives but must contact Parking and Transportation ahead of time (512-471-PARK) to make arrangements.
Cameras/Video cameras
Cameras, other than professional cameras with detachable lenses, are allowed in the stadium. Video cameras are not permitted inside the stadium.

Chair back rentals
Rental booths are located inside Gates 1, 8, 25, or 32. Personal chair backs no more than 18 inches wide are permitted in the stadium. Click here to rent your chair back online.
Child ticketing policy
Each person, regardless of age, must have a ticket to enter the stadium.

The NCAA and The University of Texas promote good sportsmanship by student-athletes, coaches and spectators. We request your cooperation by supporting the participants and officials in a positive manner. Spectators are reminded that they are prohibited from entering the playing area. Negative comments directed at officials, student-athletes, coaches or team representatives are grounds for removal. The NCAA, the Big 12 Conference and The University of Texas thank you for your cooperation.
Concessions
Cash only! Concession stands offer a variety of food and non-alcoholic beverages. No outside food is permitted inside the stadium. Patrons may bring one sealed or empty water bottle into the stadium. No other outside beverages are permitted. See stadium diagram for locations.
Coolers
Coolers are not permitted in the stadium.
Credit cards
Major credit cards are accepted at the Longhorns, Ltd., locations both inside and outside the stadium. For credit card transactions, Longhorns Banking credit and debit cards from Bank of America are the preferred methods of payment. Concessions are cash only.
Customer Relations Program
The Customer Relations Program (CRP) is designed to assist all fans, giving priority to fans who may be mobility, hearing, or visually impaired. CRP offers:
- Information stations located inside Gates 1, 7, 16, 27, 28 and 32
- Tag-A-Kid wristbands, containing contact and seat information for your child, available for pick up at all CRP information kiosks
- CRP shuttles at football run five designated routes, associated with five specific gate locations -- Gates 1, 7, 16, 27 and 32. In addition, a stadium loop shuttle rotates between all gates, pregame and postgame.
- To ride the shuttle to the stadium, look for our clearly labeled golf carts at any point along the route. Attract the attention of the driver, who will be happy to come pick you up. The stadium loop route runs clockwise around the stadium block during this period. Pregame shuttles run three hours prior to kick off through the middle of the first quarter.
- To ride the shuttle away from the stadium, locate labeled golf carts in the waiting area outside of Gates 1, 7, 16, 27 or 32. The stadium loop route runs counter-clockwise around the stadium block during this period. Postgame shuttles run from the beginning of the fourth quarter until one hour after the game ends.
On gamedays, CRP is available at the information stations located throughout the concourses. On non-gamedays, contact CRP at 512-471-7323 or CRP@athletics.utexas.edu for more information.
Donation requests
Requests for autographed items for non-profit/charitable purposes must be submitted to the Texas Longhorns Official Team Shop. For more information, visit the UT Athletics Autograph/Donation Policy.

Elevators
- Bellmont Hall (west side): ADA elevators are located inside Gates 1 or 7; suite holders' access is inside Gate 5.
- Reese M. Rowling Hall (east side): ADA elevators are located inside Gate 27; suite holders' access is located between Gates 27 and 28 (inside UT Club entrance).
- Red McCombs Red Zone: ADA elevators are located inside Gate 14; suite holders' access inside Gate 16.
Emergency call boxes
For the safety of our patrons, there are emergency call boxes located in all parking garages and various points around campus. These emergency phones are mounted in yellow call boxes with a blue light on top and marked "POLICE HELP." Pushing the call button activates a direct phone line with UT Police that pinpoints the caller's location.
Emergency calls/Stadium problems
Located on the ground level, on the northeast corner of the stadium inside Gate 25, the Stadium Office is the headquarters for emergency phone calls. The Stadium Office phone number is 512-232-8523. Individuals attending games should record their section, row and seat number at home or in their office, in case of emergencies. Through a text messaging service offered by UT Athletics and official corporate sponsor AT&T, patrons may report a seat problem, security issue, health concern, fan disturbance or disruption by texting UTFAN to 51234. (Message and data rates may apply. Text HELP for help. Text STOP to cancel.)

- Bellmont Hall (west side): Inside Gates 1, 3, 4, 6 and 7
- Reese M. Rowling Hall (east side): Inside the UT Club entrance between Gates 27 and 28

Evacuation
In the event of an emergency, listen for instructions from the public address announcer; stadium ushers and law enforcement will direct you to the closest safe exit. Assist other patrons who may need your assistance. All exits and emergency exits are in the stadium are clearly marked.

Family restrooms
Single-stall unisex restrooms are located adjacent to every public restroom. These restrooms are disabled accessible.
Field access
Only authorized persons with proper credentials are allowed on the field. Fans entering the field area without proper credentials are subject to eviction and arrest. Credentials for field access are not available for purchase.
First aid stations
First aid stations are located at Bellmont Hall (west side) at Sections 1 (lower level) and 105 (upper deck); Reese M. Rowling Hall (east side) at Sections 32 (lower level) and 127 (upper deck); and Red McCombs Red Zone (north end zone) at Sections 13 (lower level), 18 (middle level) and 117 (upper deck). Emergency medical technicians are located in the stands near stadium portals. Medical team members wear a white shirt with a reflective blue vest which says 'Medical Team.' For assistance in any emergency, contact a stadium usher, a medical team member, or police officer.
Food/Beverages
Patrons may not bring food or beverages, including alcoholic beverages, inside the stadium. Concession stands are located throughout the stadium and offer a variety of food and non-alcoholic beverages. Alcoholic beverages are not sold or permitted inside the stadium. Fans are permitted to bring in empty, reusable water bottles to fill up at water fountains.
Game dates and times
Texas Football game dates and times are subject to change. In the event a game date or time change should occur, the information will be immediately posted on TexasSports.com, MackBrown-TexasFootball.com, on the automated phone system at 512-471-4602, and will be communicated through the local media.

Gates open
Gates open two hours before kickoff. This includes gates to all general seating areas, suites, UT Club and 200 Horns Club. The Red McCombs Red Zone food court opens three hours prior to kickoff.

High school coach entrance and tickets
- All high school coaches must sign up for tickets online at MackBrown-TexasFootball.com. Click on the 'Texas High School Football Coaches' button on the right side of the page.
- Sign up begins at 8 a.m. the Monday prior to the game.
- Coaches requesting tickets must currently coach a varsity football program in Texas and have a valid THSCA member number. If you do not have your THSCA member number, please contact the THSCA at 512-392-3741.
- Each coach is limited to a total of two tickets per event, and must pick up the tickets in person.
- After requesting your tickets online, you will receive an email confirmation.
- Bring a photo ID or driver's license to the will call booth (Gate 8) on game day to pick up your tickets. No one will be allowed into the stadium without a ticket.
- Per NCAA bylaw 13.8.1, no complimentary tickets are available for high school coaches for the Texas-OU game in Dallas.

IMG College/Longhorn Sports Marketing
IMG College is UT Athletics' multimedia rights vendor, which does business in Austin as the Longhorn Sports Marketing (LSM). LSM produces and delivers conventional over-the-air radio, with Austin's Clear Channel Comunications affiliate KVET-AM/FM serving as flagship station. LSM also represents all corporate sponsorship sales for UT Athletics and the Frank Erwin Center, including those elements appearing in signage, gameday publications, consumer and retail promotions, and video. Lost and found
Articles found during the game are taken to the Stadium Office, located inside Gate 25. Non-clothing items not claimed after the game will be taken to the UT Police Department. Contact UTPD on the Monday following the game at 512-471-4441.
Lost children
Lost children should be reported to the stadium office inside Gate 25. Tag-A-Kid wristbands are available at the Customer Relations information kiosks located at Gates 1, 7, 14, 27, 28 and 32.
Lost tickets

Noisemakers
Big 12 Conference and NCAA rules prohibit artificial noisemakers from being brought inside the stadium. This includes, but is not limited to, all horns (including air horns), cow bells and whistles. Prohibited items will be confiscated.

- All cars must be removed from Lots 110 and 113 (RV lots) by 6 p.m. on Thursday before home football games. Cars left after this time will be towed.

- Parking permits do not grant the holder any right to display advertising, banners, signs, or commercially logoed vehicles or to distribute promotional items at the designated parking lots or elsewhere on the University of Texas campus.
Pass-out/Return policy
UT Athletics offers pass-out stubs to patrons who depart stadium gates only at the beginning of the second quarter through the end of halftime. Stubs are handed out at Gates 1, 6, 7, 8, 25, and 32. You must have a pass-out stub and a valid game ticket to re-enter at any stadium gate.

Premium seating/Hospitality areas
- The Centennial Suite: Located on the 9th floor of Bellmont Hall within the confines of the Carpenter-Winkel Centennial Room on the west side of Darrell K Royal-Texas Memorial Stadium. Centennial Suite season ticket holders are donors within The Longhorn Foundation who make a per seat annual donation in addition to the cost of their season ticket. The suite features buffets offering a variety of foods available for purchase, full cash bar, flat screen TVs, private restrooms, and a climate controlled environment.
- The Champions Club: The Champions Club is a premier hospitality club located indoors at the Texas Performing Arts (TPA) and just outside on the TPA's plaza. The TPA is steps away from the Red McCombs Red Zone, across the street on the north side of DKR-Texas Memorial Stadium. The club opens 2-1/2 hours prior to kickoff and is open through the end of the game. The Champions Club features a variety of food and beverages that are available for purchase until the end of the third quarter. Flat screen TVs are available throughout the club to keep you up to date on all of the game day action. Champions Club donors make an annual contribution to The Longhorn Foundation of at least $1,000 to gain access to the club. If you have premium seating in The Texas Club, Touchdown Club, or The Centennial Suite, you are not eligible to receive scan cards for this club.
- The Longhorn Corral Club: The Longhorn Corral Club is a premier hospitality area located under the tents on the roof of W.A. "Tex" Moncrief, Jr.-V.F. "Doc" Neuhaus Athletic Center at the south end of DKR-Texas Memorial Stadium. The club opens 2-1/2 hours prior to kickoff and is open through the end of the game. The Corral Club features a variety of food and beverages that are available for purchase until the end of the third quarter. Flat screen TVs are available throughout the club to keep you up to date on all of the gameday action. Longhorn Corral Club donors make an annual contribution to The Longhorn Foundation of at least $1,000 to gain access to the club. If you have premium seating in the Texas Club, Touchdown Club, or Centennial Suite, you are not eligible to receive scan cards for this club.
- The Stadium Club: Located on the 5th floor of Bellmont Hall on the west side of DKR-Texas Memorial Stadium. The Stadium Club offers a full cash bar in addition to an assortment of gameday finger foods and snacks available for purchase through the 3rd quarter. Donors who donate at a certain level annually have access to The Stadium Club.
- Terrace Club on Six: Located outside on the 6th floor concourse of the Red McCombs Red Zone, the Terrace Club on Six is accessible for those with North Chair Back seats, Sections 13-19, RSows 54-64. The Terrace Club on Six season ticket holders are required to make a per seat annual donation to The Longhorn Foundation.
- The Texas Club: Located on the 7th floor in Reese M. Rowling Hall on the east side of Darrell K Royal -Texas Memorial Stadium, the Texas Club features an indoor hospitality area with outdoor chair back seating between the 20-yard lines. Texas Club season ticket holders are donors within The Longhorn Foundation who make a per seat annual donation in addition to the cost of their season ticket.
- The Touchdown Club: Located on the 8th floor of the Red McCombs Red Zone. The Touchdown Club features an indoor hospitality area with outdoor chair back seating overlooking the north end zone. The Touchdown Club season ticket holders are donors within The Longhorn Foundation and are required to make a per seat annual donation plus cost of the season ticket.

Recycling Roundup
The Longhorn Recycling Roundup challenges Texas fans to recycle 24 oz. plastic cups and bottles. The Longhorn Recycling Roundup also creates campus awareness for recycling and litter prevention. Corporate sponsors of the program are Austin Coca-Cola Bottling Company, Allied Waste Services, H-E-B Grocery, KTBC Fox 7 and Keep Austin Beautiful. The program has been an environmental award-winning success during the past 13 football seasons at Darrell K Royal-Texas Memorial Stadium.

Scalpers and ticket brokers
Per University of Texas Regents' Rules (Chapter VI, Section 6): The resale of athletics tickets, for any amount of money, on a University of Texas property, constitutes solicitation and is strictly prohibited unless permitted as defined by the Regents' Rules and Regulations. Subjects found soliciting on University of Texas property can receive a criminal trespass warning and will be required to leave University of Texas property immediately or be subject to arrest for criminal trespass.
Security
- Suspicious activity, disruptive patrons and guest-related problems should be reported to an usher or police officer immediately. Uncooperative patrons showing disregard for other patrons, the stadium, or the teams may be ejected from the facility. Intoxicated fans will not be allowed into the stadium. An ejected patron will not be allowed to return for the remainder of the game. Re-entry by an ejected patron is grounds for arrest.
- You and your belongings may be searched upon entry into the stadium. By tendering your ticket and entering the stadium, you consent to such searches and waive any related claims that you might have against The University of Texas. If you elect not to consent to a search, you will not be allowed into the stadium.
- To report an incident in your seating area, please notify the nearest usher, security guard or UT policeman at the entrance nearest to your seat. After the game, please email questions@athletics.utexas.edu with all game day related questions or concerns.
- Gameday text messaging: A new service offered by UT Athletics and official corporate sponsor AT&T allows Texas Football fans at Darrell K Royal-Texas Memorial Stadium to reach stadium service staff through a simple text message. By texting UTFAN to 51234, patrons may report a seat problem, security issue, health concern, or fan disturbance/disruptions. Text to maintain a great gameday experience.
Shuttle
- Cost for the Longhorns Express is $9 per person; children 12 and under may ride free.
- Tickets may be purchased in advance online via the Longhorns Express website.
- Longhorns Express will pick up fans at two locations:
- Barton Creek Mall (2901 S. Capital of Texas Hwy.): The Barton Creek Mall route drops off and picks up at the corner of University Ave. and 21st St.
- Intramural Fields (51st St. and Guadalupe): The IF route drops off and picks up at the corner of Dean Keeton and San Jacinto.
- Both shuttles begin service 2-1/2 hours prior to kickoff. Transportation to DKR-Texas Memorial Stadium stops after kickoff. Shuttles begin returning passengers to the remote lots at the end of the third quarter. The last shuttle departs the stadium one hour after the game ends.
Smoking and tobacco policy
The University of Texas at Austin is now a tobacco-free campus. This policy prohibits the use of any tobacco products on campus grounds, including parking areas, parking structures, lawns and sidewalks. All forms of tobacco, including but not limited to, cigarettes, e-cigarettes, cigars, smokeless tobacco, snuff and chewing tobacco, are banned from campus.

Solicitation
The University of Texas does not permit unauthorized soliciting or collecting of contributions, vending, distribution of fliers or other promotional/advertising materials on University of Texas property.
South end zone seating
Enter the south end zone seats at Gates 1 and 32. There is no access to the field from the south end zone seats.

Special announcements on the public address system and scoreboard are limited to medical and police emergencies. Darrell K Royal-Texas Memorial Stadium does not announce or display birthday, anniversary or other personal messages on the public address system or scoreboard.
Stadium block
The area surrounding the stadium, bordered by 23rd Street, Robert Dedman Drive, 20th Street, and San Jacinto Blvd. The stadium block is closed to non-permit traffic beginning at 7 a.m. on gameday.
Stadium clean-up
Non-profit organizations can raise money by participating in the stadium clean-up process for Darrell K Royal-Texas Memorial Stadium the morning following UT home games. Stadium clean-up requires each group to sweep and bag all trash and recyclables located in a designated area of the stadium. Each area requires at least 20 people to complete the cleaning in a timely manner. Each group is required to submit a tax ID number and letter of non-profit organization status. Payment is sent directly to your organization. If your organization is interested in earning extra funds, please email Heath Seaton at heath.seaton@athletics.utexas.edu. State your interest to participate in this fundraising opportunity. Include the name of your organization, a contact person and their e-mail address and phone number.
Stadium Stampede
At 2-1/2 hours before kickoff each home game, Smokey the Cannon fires from inside Darrell K Royal-Texas Memorial Stadium. This is the fans' cue to head to the corner of 23rd St. and Robert Dedman Dr. for the Stadium Stampede. Fans line 23rd St. as the team and coaching staff walk with the Longhorn Band to the Tom & Cinda Hicks North Gate where they enter the stadium.
Standing room only
Every ticket has a seat assignment. There are no standing room only or general admission tickets, and ushers are instructed to keep the aisles clear. We appreciate your cooperation in keeping the aisles clear for other patrons.

Suite entrances are located at Gate 5 of Bellmont Hall (west side); between Gates 27 and 28 of Reese M. Rowling Hall (east side); and Gate 16 at the Red McCombs Red Zone. Tailgating
Tailgating is permitted in parking areas surrounding Darrell K Royal-Texas Memorial Stadium. Please note: Open flames are not permitted in the parking garages. No tents are allowed prior to 7 a.m. on gameday. Signage is subject to approval by IMG College Sports and UT Athletics. Remember to throw away your trash and to recycle your aluminum, plastic, paper, and glass in the bags provided by the Tailgate Recycling Crew. UT Athletics and the Tailgate Recycling Crew will handle the disposal of bags left tied up at your tailgating location.
Tailgating: Grilling guidelines
- Guidelines for grilling and use of portable cookers in tailgating lots on The University of Texas campus, per the UT Fire Marshall, are:
- Barbecue grills/smokers and/or deep fryers are not allowed inside the University of Texas buildings or parking garages.
- Barbecue grills/smokers and/or deep fryers are not allowed to be attached, connected or in any way to be in contact with any vehicle.
- Barbecue grills/smokers and/or deep fryers shall have lids or tops.
- Cooking on barbecue grills/smokers and/or deep fryers shall be located a minimum 25 feet away from any building and shall not obstruct the ingress or egress from any building.
- Barbecue grills/smokers and/or deep fryers shall be located a minimum 10 feet away from HVAC intakes.
- Barbecue grills/smokers and/or deep fryers shall not be located on any sidewalk.
- Cooking on barbecue grills/smokers and/or deep fryers shall be located a minimum 50 feet away from any building fresh air intake.
- Barbecue grills/smokers and/or deep fryers shall be located a minimum 10 feet away from vehicles.
- Barbecue grills/smokers and/or deep fryers shall be located a minimum 25 feet away from any flammable or combustible liquids or solids.
- The area within 10 feet of the barbecue grills/smokers and/or deep fryers shall be cleared of all debris and grass shall be six inches minimum from the heating surface.
- Propane Grills and Cylinders
- The maximum size propane gas cylinders allowed is 20 lbs.
- A maximum of one spare cylinders is allowed at any cooking location and shall be located a minimum of 10 feet from the cooking operation.
- While in use and in storage, propane gas cylinders shall be in the upright position or positioned so that the pressure relief valve is in direct communication with the vapor space of the cylinder.

- At the conclusion of the cooking process, properly dispose of all combustible material.
- To properly extinguish charcoals, pour water on the charcoals and dispose of them in a metal container with a metal top/cover. Do not put charcoals in any trash receptacle/bin/ dumpster.
- Shut off valves prior to disconnecting propane cylinders from barbecue grills/smokers and/or deep fryers.
- Propane cylinders shall be removed from grills prior to storing the grill.
- Grills shall be fully cooled prior to storage, then properly secure and clean up your area.
- If tents are being used, the tent shall be UL approved and have a Fire Resistive Rating Label. Tents used for grilling shall be completely open on all sides.
Taxicabs
Taxis should enter through the commercial checkpoint at Dean Keeton and Robert Dedman. No taxicabs are allowed on campus postgame as all traffic is outbound only. No pedi-cabs or golf carts without permits are allowed on the stadium block.

Weapons
No weapons of any kind are permitted in Darrell K Royal-Texas Memorial Stadium, in Moncrief-Neuhaus Athletics Center, or in any designated UT venue. This policy includes weapons used by off-duty law enforcement officers. Firearms must be secured at either the UT Police Department (corner of Dedman and Littlefield drives) or within an individual's vehicle.

Will Call
On game day, Will Call is located at the base of the west tower on the north side (near Gate 8). If individual game tickets are available, those tickets will be on sale on game day at the box offices located in the towers near Gates 8 and 25.
Due to limited traffic access to campus on game days, fans must use their UT game day parking permits to access designated lots or park in available public parking off campus. Parking will not be accessible on San Jacinto St. for Will Call. A drop-off zone is located at MLK Blvd. and San Jacinto St. if needed. Please plan accordingly if you need to visit the Will Call area.
