The University of Texas at Austin hosts the 2012 NCAA Division I Track and Field West Preliminary Round on Thursday, May 24-Saturday, May 26. The three days of competition take place at Mike A. Myers Stadium and feature some of the nation's premier student-athletes. Qualifying teams and individuals advance to the 2012 NCAA Division I Outdoor Track and Field Championships in Des Moines, Iowa on June 6-9, 2012.

TICKET INFORMATION
All-meet tickets for the 2012 NCAA Division I Track and Field West Preliminary Round are now on sale. Tickets are required each day of competition. All seats are general admission. Will Call orders may be picked up at any gate beginning on Thursday, May 24. Tickets may be purchased online at TexasBoxOffice.com or by calling (512) 471-3333.

All-Meet Tickets
• Adult: $25
• Youth (17 and under)/Senior: $20

Single Day Tickets
• Adult: $10
• Youth (17 and under)/Senior: $7
• Single day meet tickets go on sale beginning Monday, May 21.
• Children two and under admitted free.

PARKING
All parking rules and fees are administered by UT Parking & Transportation Services. Neither UT Athletics nor the NCAA controls University parking procedures. If you have any questions about parking procedures, please visit http://www.utexas.edu/parking or email questions to parking@www.utexas.edu. A number of parking garages are within walking distance of Myers Stadium. Parking rates are $2-$10 based on time in the garage. Team buses are allowed to drop off teams along the curb of Clyde Littlefield Dr. between Robert Dedman Dr. and Red River St.

GATES
Gates open at 9:30 a.m. each day of competition.

MERCHANDISE
Programs and merchandise are available for purchase from the booths located on the east and west sides of Myers Stadium.

CONCESSIONS
Concessions are available on the east concourse of Myers Stadium. Cash only.

MEDIA CREDENTIALS
To apply for media credentials for the NCAA West Preliminary Round, please email Assistant Media Relations Director Ben Blevins at ben.blevins@athletics.utexas.edu. Approved credentials will be available for pickup at the Mike A. Myers Stadium press box beginning Wednesday, May 23 at 10 a.m.

INFORMATION FOR PARTICIPANTS

Participant Packet Pick-up
Participant packets are available between 1 p.m. and 5 p.m. on Wednesday, May 23 at the Red McCombs Red Zone ticket office windows on the north side of DKR-Texas Memorial Stadium (23rd St.). From Myers Stadium, go north on Robert Dedman Dr. to 23rd St., turn left (west), and enter the lobby through the Gate 16 entrance.

Warm-Up Area/Check-In Area
All athletes must warm up outside Myers Stadium. The outside warm-up area is located in DKR-Texas Memorial Stadium (to the west of Myers Stadium) on the field (for Thursday, May 24-Saturday, May 26). The east side of DKR-Texas Memorial Stadium (lower concourse) is also available for warm-ups and will have track lanes and hurdles available for use. The check-in area is located in the tent outside the southeast corner of the track. A public address system will be used in the check-in (southeast corner) and warm-up areas to notify athletes of the event schedule check-in times. Please have your athletes pay close attention to the order of the events; no calls will be made over the stadium public address system for athletes and/or teams to check in.
