As a Junior (2003)
2003 AVCA Honorable Mention All-America … 2003 AVCA First Team All-Central Region … 2003 First Team All-Big 12 … 2003 Preseason All-Big 12 Team … one of two players on the team to play every point of every match during the season, joining setter Jenny Andrew … just missed being the first UT player to record 500 kills in each of her first three seasons when her season ended with 466 kills … was second on the team in kills behind Bethany Howden’s 500 … was second on the team in digs with 291 and led the team in service aces with 53 … added 60 blocks (26 solo blocks and 34 block assists) … recorded double-figure kills in 24 of 29 matches and had double-figure digs in 13 matches … had 12 double-doubles on the season, including five against ranked opponents: at No. 16 Long Beach State (8/30), vs. No. 22 Texas A&M (10/1), at No. 8 Kansas State (10/15), vs. No. 24 Missouri (10/29) and at No. 10 Nebraska (11/12) … collected 20 or more kills in 10 matches … had a season-high 32 kills in the team’s 3-1 victory over UT-Arlington (9/11) … was third in the Big 12 in kills per game (4.44) and third in points per game (5.35) in all matches … in Big 12 matches only, was fourth in kills per game (4.28) and third in points per game (5.18) … also led the conference in both categories in service aces per game (0.50 in all games, 0.49 in conference matches only) … was the Big 12 Conference Player of the Week (Oct. 20) after recording a 20-kill, season-high 18-dig, four ace, four block performance in the team’s slim 3-2 loss at K-State and a 14-kill, .370 hitting percentage, three ace and five block (including four solo efforts) performance in the team’s 3-0 victory against Texas Tech … was also selected to the Longhorn Classic All-Tournament after recording 29 kills (14 vs. Nicholls State and 15 vs. Notre Dame) in two matches … was a second-team Academic All-Big 12 honoree.

As a Sophomore (2002)
Earned 2002 AVCA third-team All-America honors … became the 23rd All-American in Texas Volleyball history … the first All-American in Jerritt Elliott's tenure and the first at Texas since Erin Aldrich earned All-America honors in 1999 …earned a place on the 2002 AVCA All-Central Region Team … a 2002 first-team All-Big 12 honoree … broke the 1,000 kill mark by becoming the first Texas player to record 500 kills in their first two seasons as she tallied 523 in 2002 to lead the team after having 534 as a freshman in 2001 … led the team with 4.71 kills per game and 5.37 points per game … was second on the Horns’ squad with 2.58 digs per game … in the Big 12 ranks, Topic was second in kills per game and points per game and was seventh in aces (0.35) in overall games … in Big 12 matches only, was third in kills (4.60 kills/game) and points (5.22 points/game), and was seventh in aces (0.33 aces/game) … was tied for fifth for most kills in a match and tied for second for most kills in a four-game match (31 vs. Colorado, 11/6) … set record for attacks in a three-game match with 49 vs. Kansas (11/2) … was fifth in the UT individual season records for total attacks (1,159) and was third in kills (523) … was the Big 12 Player of the Week (Sept. 15) … voted to the Time Warner Cable Texas Invitational All-Tournament Team … named MVP of the Longhorn Classic and at the Ohio State Invitational.

As a Freshman (2001)
Named to the 2001 ASICS/Volleyball Magazine Freshman All-America squad … 2001 AVCA Central Region Freshman of the Year … 2001 Big 12 Freshman of the Year … a 2001 First Team All-Big 12 honoree … was the co-MVP of the team with Bethany Howden … was the second Longhorns freshman to reach 500 kills (534) and only UT freshman ever to collect 500 kills in a regular season … was the first freshman to collect 500 kills and 300 digs since Dee Sance recorded 565 kills and 435 digs in 1995 … led the team in kills, digs (347), service aces (60) and points (637.0) … ranked second among Big 12 performers in kills per game (4.81) while leading in service aces per game (0.54) … finished second in kills per game (4.86) and first in service aces (0.46) among Big 12 players in conference-only matches … ranked No. 16 nationally in kills per game … led all Volleyball Magazine Fab 50 recruits at the outside hitter position in kills, attempts and kills per game despite not being a preseason listing because she was a late signee … recorded double-digit kills in 29 of 31 matches and double-digit digs in 20 of 31 matches … second and third on the UT attacks lists for a match with 82 versus Missouri (10/13) and 81 at Missouri (11/10), respectively … was named Big 12 Co-Player of the Week (Oct. 15) after posting her first 30-kill match against Missouri (34 – 10/ 13) … one of five players in the nation to have three or more 30-kill matches for the season … earned Point Huskies Invitational MVP honors … named to the Fall 2001 Commissioner’s Honor Roll.

Before Texas
Was a member of the Croatian National Team (1998-2000) … played organized volleyball for Kastela since 1996 under head coach Damir Jurko … helped lead her 2001 senior team (19 and older) to the Croatian Championship, while being named the Most Valuable Player in the Croatian League … tabbed MVP for three years in the junior league (17-19 years old) … led her junior team to place third in the Croatian Championships in 1999-2000 after winning the regional championships … helped the 1998 Croatian National Kadet Team (14-16 years old) to a seventh-place finish at the Junior Olympic games in Moscow, Russia and the 1999 national kadet team to an eighth-place finish at the World Championships in Madeira, Portugal … finished seventh at the European Championships in Swizterland, as a member of the junior national team in 2001
