• Earned three letters in basketball at Kent State, served as editor of the school newspaper and was the student sports information director from 1976-79
• Joined the UT Athletics staff in January 1982 as women's sports information director
• Named BIG EAST Conference office director of public relations in July 1986 and spent seven years with the league in public relations and assistant/associate commissioner capacities
• Returned to UT Athletics in October 1993 as Associate AD for External Services and now currently holds the title of Women's AD and directs UT's 11-sport women's athletic program and is also the liaison with multimedia rights holder IMG College
