DARRELL K ROYAL-TEXAS MEMORIAL STADIUM
Darrell K Royal-Texas Memorial Stadium offers several areas that can accommodate small to large groups for banquets, luncheons, corporate meetings, receptions, formal affairs, fashion shows, holiday parties, and more. All catering for this venue is by Sodexo or The University of Texas Club. Parking for this facility is conveniently located north of the stadium in San Jacinto Garage, or east of the stadium in Manor Garage.

Carpenter-Winkel Centennial Suite (9th floor): $1,750 | Photo gallery
Capacity: 200 maximum
The Centennial Suite is located on the stadium's west side in Bellmont Hall. This formal banquet room can accommodate up to 200 people for a sit-down dinner. The venue has an excellent view of Joe Jamail Field.

The Touchdown Club (8th floor) | Photo gallery
North end: $2,000
East and west sides: $1,500
The Touchdown Club is located on the 8th floor in the Red McCombs Red Zone with exceptional views of the UT football field and downtown Austin. Due to the spacious layout an individual section, two sections or all three sections can be utilized for an event.

The Loft (9th floor): $1,250 | Photo gallery
Capacity: 150 max.
Stylishly decorated, the Loft is ideal for corporate meetings, luncheons, cocktail parties, pre-show dinners, and more. The Loft is flexible enough to accommodate cocktail tables, buffets and/or sit-down dinners. For meetings, The Loft space is equipped with WiFi and A/V equipment.

Terrace Club on Six (6th floor): $1,250 | Photo gallery
Capacity: 1,000 max.
The 6th Floor Terrace is an outdoor covered concourse where high top cocktail tables and rounds can be used. Create your "gameday" experience in this unique room.

The Rooftop (10th floor): $750 | Photo gallery
Capacity: 1,000 max.
The Rooftop is located on the upper deck of DKR-Texas Memorial Stadium. With breathtaking views of Joe Jamail Field, the UT Tower, LBJ Fountain and north Austin, this open air venue is sure to make your event spectacular. In the event of rain, the gathering may be moved to either The Loft or The Terrace.

Capacity: 25-1,000
The Food Court area offers multiple possibilities for meetings and special events. All furniture in RMRZ stays and can be used for set-up.

Rowling Hall (9th floor): $750 | Photo gallery
Rowling Hall is located on the east side of Darrell K Royal-Texas Memorial Stadium and offers options for meetings, conferences or luncheons on the 9th floor.

The Stadium Club: $1,500
Our newest club has a retro flair and takes you back to a time in UT football with leather helmets and no pads. This room is one of the most flexible in seating arrangements for your event.

The arena offers a unique atmosphere for any event, with plenty of space to accommodate thousands of guests for banquets, job fairs and church services.

Lone Star Room
The Frank Erwin Center’s Lone Star Room can be reserved for a variety of private events, from business meetings to private dinners and company parties. Put down the dance floor or pull down the large projection screen to create the perfect setting for your event.
