Carpenter-Winkel Centennial Room: $1,500
Capacity: 250 maximum
The Centennial Room is located on the stadium's west side in Bellmont Hall. This formal banquet room accommodates 250 people for a sit-down dinner. All catering for this venue is through Sodexo. Rental fee includes two event staff for six hours, pre- and post-cleaning, and set-up. Parking for this facility is conveniently located north of the stadium in the San Jacinto parking garage, or east of the stadium in the Manor Garage. Valet parking is also available.

Red McCombs Red Zone | Photo gallery
The Red McCombs Red Zone offers several areas that will accommodate large groups for banquets, luncheons, corporate meetings, receptions, formal affairs, fashion shows, holiday parties, etc. High top cocktail tables are available for smaller events. All catering for this venue is through Sodexo or The University of Texas Club. Rental fee includes two event staff for six hours and pre- and post-cleaning. Parking for this facility is conveniently located north of the stadium in the San Jacinto parking garage, or east of the stadium in the Manor Garage. Valet parking is also available upon request.

The Club (8th floor) | Photo gallery
North end: $1,500
East and West sides: $750
Located on the 8th floor in the Red McCombs Red Zone, The Club has the flexibility to accommodate meetings, receptions, banquets, etc. High-top cocktail tables are available for mingling. Catering for the venue is through Sodexo. Rental fees include two event staff for six hours, and pre- and post-event cleaning.

The Loft (9th floor): $750 | Photo gallery
Capacity: 150 max.
Stylishly decorated, the Loft is ideal for corporate meetings, luncheons, cocktail parties, pre-show dinners, or intimate soirees. The Loft is flexible enough to accommodate high top cocktail tables, buffet and/or sit-down dinners. For meetings and seminars, this space is equipped with wireless Internet access, phone and built-in A/V screen. The rental fee includes two event staff and two suites. For smaller groups, suites are also available. Catering for this venue is through Sodexo or The University of Texas Club.

The Rooftop (10th floor): $500 | Photo gallery
Capacity: 1,000 max.
One of Austin's best-kept secrets, the Rooftop is located on the upper deck of DKR-Texas Memorial Stadium. With breathtaking views of Joe Jamail Field, the UT Tower, LBJ Fountain and north Austin, this open air venue is sure to make your event spectacular. In the event of rain, the gathering may be moved to either The Loft or The Terrace. Catering for this venue is through Sodexo. Rental fee includes two event staff for six hours. Rental fee may be increased depending upon the number of event staff necessary to accommodate the size of the party.

The Terrace (6th floor): $500 | Photo gallery
Capacity: 1,000 max.
The 6th Floor Terrace is an outdoor covered concourse with unlimited possibilities. This area has access to stadium seating. Catering for this venue is through Sodexho. Rental fee includes two event staff for six hours. Rental fee may be increased depending upon the number of event staff necessary to accommodate the size of the party.

Red McCombs Red Zone Food Court | Photo gallery
Rental fees: $500 (up to 3 hours); $750 (3-6 hours); $1,000 (more than 6 hours)
Capacity: 25-1,000
The Food Court area offers multiple possibilities for meetings and special events. There are multiple food vendors available and/or catering for this venue is through Sodexo.

Stadium suites: $250 | Photo gallery
Capacity: 25-40
Stadium suites are available for special occasions as well as corporate breakout sessions. Suites are available throughout DKR-Texas Memorial Stadium. Facility fee includes hostess, set-up and cleaning.

UFCU DISCH-FALK FIELD
Located at the corner of MLK Blvd. and IH-35, UFCU Disch-Falk Field offers a unique experience for your guests.

Tour Package (facility fee only): $1,250
Guests enter through the gates of UFCU Disch-Falk Field and enjoy beverages on the concourse while shopping in the Longhorns, Ltd., retail store. Tours of the players' facilities are given for 15 guests at a time every 15 minutes. Guests may reconvene upstairs in the suite level, and for an additional fee, may enjoy a full bar and hors d'oeuvres. Catering for this venue is through Sodexho.

Suite Level Event: $1,000
Capacity: 25-150
The suite hospitality area accommodates up to 150 people for events such as cocktail parties. Catering for this venue is through Sodexho. Suites, for up to 25 people, are also available for $250. Facility fee includes event staff for six hours, pre- and post-cleaning, and set-up.
