Athletics Risk Management and Compliance Services: Coaches and Staff — Autographed Item Requests
We receive many requests from the public regarding autographed memorabilia (balls, bats, helmets, etc.) with student-athletes' and coaches' signatures.
Due to number of requests we receive, the time demands that this creates for our student-athletes and the difficulty of monitoring NCAA rules in this area, The University of Texas at Austin cannot honor requests for student-athlete autographed items. Sports may hold Fan Days at which there may be opportunities to obtain student-athlete autographs, so watch TexasSports.com for these events!
Our policy with regards to honoring coach autographed item requests recently changed to ensure compliance with NCAA and University regulations. Charities, non-profits, or educational entities desiring coach autographed items may purchase them through the Texas Longhorns Official Team Shop (formery Longhorns, Ltd.).. Donation Requests
The NCAA rules place strict guidelines on the donation, sale, or use of athletics items. Given the many worthy causes from which the Athletics Department has received requests in the past, ensuring compliance with these rules placed considerable demand on our staff. While the Athletics Department values the support of the many individuals and organizations which have requested promotional items over the years, the primary focus of our staff must be serving the best interests of our student-athletes.

Poster Distribution Policy
UT Athletics receives a limited quantity of posters that are available and free to the general public for designated sport programs. While supplies last, posters are available for all sports on non-gamedays, through the Texas Longhorns Official Team Shop (formerly Longhorns, Ltd.) locations in Rowling Hall (east side) and Bellmont Hall (west side) of Darrell K Royal-Texas Memorial Stadium. Fans may pick up a maximum of three posters per person at these locations.
On gamedays, sport specific posters (baseball, men’s and women’s basketball, soccer, softball, tennis, and volleyball) are available at the marketing tables only at their respective venues.
Posters may also be mailed to fans who send a mailing tube with their return address, the required return postage (First Class Mail; three posters cost approximately $3.50 to mail), and the number of posters (up to three per sport). Please include a note specifying which posters and the quantity that you are requesting. Mailing tube(s) should be sent to:

Schedule Card Distribution Policy
If you send a self-addressed envelope with prepaid postage, UT Athletics will send you a schedule card (subject to availability, a maximum of 10 can be mailed per envelope). Please include a note specifying which sports and the quantity that you are requesting. Envelope(s) should be sent to:
