Sprints and Hurdles:
Basics will be covered in starting mechanics which will include proper settings and alignments. Also covered will be proper acceleration patterns for the first 40 meters. Timing devices will be utilized to give immediate feedback to the campers while they are working on their maximal speed runs. Video analysis will also allow the campers a better understanding of proper mechanics. Also covered will be properly implementing the complete training program including weight training, throwing volume, and overall general conditioning.

Athletes will also receive feedback on their full approach jumps since we will be implementing two sessions a day.
